What to Wear
Gi: Jiu Jitsu gi (jacket, pants, belt)
No-Gi: Rash guard or athletic top with shorts/spats (no pockets, zippers, or buttons)

Our women-only no-gi Jiu Jitsu class takes place every Wednesday from 5.15-6.10pm and offers a supportive, empowering space for women of all skill levels. Led by coach Rochelle Balan, you’ll practice essential Jiu Jitsu techniques including positional control, escapes, and submissions. This class is a great way to build strength, develop self-defense skills, and gain confidence.

Our wrestling classes build technical skill and overall conditioning, covering defense, advanced offense, and different wrestling styles. With an emphasis on discipline, strategy, and physical growth, these sessions prepare you for both competition and personal development.
