PROGRAM DETAILS
Dates: August 5–7, 2026
Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm daily
Structure:
Morning: Jiu Jitsu (10:00am – 12:00pm)
Lunch Break: 1 hour (participants must bring their own lunch on August 5 & 6)
Afternoon: Wrestling (2:00pm – 4:00pm)
Locations:
August 5 & 6: Midtown Jiu Jitsu
August 7: Camp Grace, Rifton, NY (drop-off and pick-up on-site)
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up each day on site.
Final Day Includes:
Trail runs and strength training
Team BBQ (food and beverages provided on August 7 only)
Individual and team tournaments (parents are welcome to attend)
PARTICPANT REQUIREMENTS
Participants must:
Bring gi and no-gi training gear daily
Bring their own lunch on August 5 & 6
Bring adequate water for each day. Water & Gatorade available for purchase at Midtown Jiu Jitsu, $3
Arrive on time and ready to train
Wear clean training gear and maintain appropriate personal hygiene
SUPERVISION & TRANSPORTATION
Supervision is provided only during scheduled camp hours (10:00am–4:00pm)
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up each day
The Gym is not responsible for participants outside of scheduled hours
