Our classes are divided into Gi and No Gi sessions, each with its own curriculum designed to enrich students’ understanding of both styles. This approach is particularly beneficial for beginners, providing a broad foundation in Jiu Jitsu, including wrestling and judo techniques, without getting stuck on basic drills. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality instruction that promotes advanced skill development. Our teaching method ensures that students experience a balance of structured learning and practical application: the first half of each class focuses on instruction and live drilling, while the second half is dedicated to sparring, allowing students to apply what they’ve learned in real scenarios. This blend of activities makes our classes dynamic and effective for all skill levels.
